Stacy has a unique approach to massage in that she provides a medical massage integrated with relaxation. She enjoys finding specific areas of concern and uses a multitude of different modalities to address them including: Active Release Technique, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Active and/or Passive Stretching, and Postural Assessment and Exercises. She lets the body lead her where the work needs to focus, along with client input.
