Can't make it to a live event? Get the same great posture training in an online, video-based course! Online learning is another great way to learn the StrongPosture™ exercise protocols for rehab, performance, wellness and active aging. Each online course offers a series of videos to take you through the module in the most effective way to not only learn the material, but begin incorporating it immediately into practice with patients, clients, and yourself!
Learn posture concepts, and the anatomy, research, and how-to of each posture exercise through a lecture-demonstration format. We offer five different three-hour modules. Take one, or take them all! Up to 15 hours of online continuing education available. (The modules are progressive - you must take them in order.)
CE Approved for license renewal in most states, and many professions (DC, PT, NCBTMB, MT, CA, etc). Courses are available online 24 hours. Take as much time as you'd like to complete, log in and begin where you left off - or back up to review the material. Earn CE on your schedule.

Course Descriptions:Module I: Rehab of Motion & Balance - StrongPosture™ protocols rehab patients with low tech tools (wall, ball, etc) and educate people with "Bio-mechanics 101" concepts to engage them as they progress from Acute to Rehab to Wellness. (VIDEO format- 3 CE hours)
Module II: Motion Patterns - Principles of posture biomechanics and assessment integrated with rehab exercises build the perceived value of daily Posture Exercise. FOCUS: Individualized progressions of Balance, Alignment & Motion protocols (req.Mod I)(VIDEO format- 3 CE hours)
Module III: Compensation & Stabilization - Strengthening torso-pelvis & low back stabilization in Balance, Wall & Ball protocol progressions. ALSO: StrongPosture life habits to help Boomers age well. (req.Mod I,II) (VIDEO format- 3 CE hours)
Module IV: Adaptation & Core Retraining - Progressive exercise protocols for wellness professionals to strengthen patterns of an individual's whole body posture & motion patterns. FOCUS: Adaptation of Upper body, shoulder girdle & respiration. (req.Mod I-III) (VIDEO format- 3 CE hours)
Module V: StrongPosture & Wellness - Strengthening Balance, Alignment & Motion for relief, rehab, performance and aging well with posture exercise and other intelligent LifeHabits. FOCUS: Gait & posture assessment (req.Mod I-IV) (VIDEO - 3 CE hours)
