NEW STUDY: Spinal Manipulation synergizes with StrongPosture exercise

Ball Flow Exercise

CPEPs and others know StrongPosture™ exercise stresses the importance of retraining motion patterns.

Now, a new paper published in the Journal of Electromyography and Kinesiology also support the importance of combining focused exercise (like StrongPosture™protocols) to retrain sensory processing, motor output, functional performance and sensorimotor integration.

Haavik and Murphy used advanced technology including somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs), transcranial magnetic nerve stimulation, and electromyographic techniques to demonstrate the neurophysiological changes following spinal manipulation...and at the same time showed why it’s so important to also teach focused motion exercise.

In the video below, Dr. Weiniger discusses this study and how StrongPosture™ protocols can be applied to its findings.
