Study of teens who completed posture-focused classes concludes, “Yes”
A new study looked at adding focused posture exercise to gym classes for teenagers – and it made a big difference.
Not only did an 8-month program targeted to improve alignment improve overall posture, but 4 months after the program, most of the improvement remained, including reduced pain.
