Dr. Weiniger shares some easy ways to become more posture aware and how to make visible changes to your posture in a recent issue of Scottsdale Health Magazine.

“Many people find taking the first step towards becoming [posture] aware helps them stand and sit taller throughout the day,” Dr. Weiniger says. “Remember to unfold your body by standing up tall and stretching during regular posture breaks two or three times an hour.”
