Master Trainer

Renée North, CPEP, CPT, CSPI is a master trainer for Posture Practice who certifies health and fitness professionals in StrongPosture® protocols for injury rehab, wellness, sports performance and anti-aging. Renée has taught thousands of doctors, therapists and trainers rehab exercises that are integral to strengthening posture while improving balance, function and activity with patients and clients. Her articles focusing on active aging strategies for boomers and seniors appear in publications nationally.

Dr. Paul Osterbauer

Paul Osterbauer, D.C., M.P.H. is Associate Professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1986. He received certification as a posture exercise professional (CPEP) in 2015, and with Dr. Steven Weiniger, is a co-instructor of a hybrid elective, 7 Steps to Strong Posture. His career includes research, clinical practice, and teaching. Dr. Osterbauer lives in Columbia Heights, MN with his wife Grace, eight children, and a lazy, but cute, beagle.

Dr. Jeffrey McKinley
Assistant Instructor

Jeffrey McKinley, DC has been in practice since 1990 in McMinnville, TN. He specializes in biomechanical examination with corrective postural rehabilitation. He is a CPEP®, CCSP, and CKTP. He has been the clinical director of a multi-disciplinary practice. He is the team chiropractor for Warren County High School. He is a past member of the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee for Tennessee and currently lectures across the country.

Dr. Janice Cheatwood

Dr. Janice Cheatwood is dedicated to helping people heal naturally. Her post-graduate studies include CPEP (Certified Posture Exercise Professional), Spinal Analysis, Prenatal and Pediatrics, Scoliosis, Whiplash and Sports Injuries. She holds technical expertise in Diversified, Activator, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Thompson Drop, Motion Palpation, Cranial, Pediatric Adjusting and Webster Technique. In her 40’s, getting in shape was intriguing which led her to Figure Competitions through the NPC (National Physique Committee).

Dr. Susan Bradshaw is a 1998 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West and author of Move More. She is a Certified Posture Exercise Professional and has been featured in local print and TV discussing various health topics. She provides small and large companies corporate wellness talks to empower employees to stretch and move regularly. She was voted the Best Chiropractor in the 2016 “Best of Houston” edition by the readers of the Houston Press.

Tomas Cernansky is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP). He focuses on pain management (head, neck, back, hip, extremities), soft tissue trauma, sports and repetitive motion injuries, posture rehabilitation and movement optimization as well as providing palliative care for clients with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Amputees & Paralympians, TMJ, etc. His objective is to address not only the symptoms, but the root causes of pain and trauma as well.

Kelli Dorrough, CPEP, CPT, RCA is a personal trainer, professional dance choreographer and instructor. Kelli trains pre-professional and professional dancers, focusing on individualized technique programs that maximize dance performance and aide in preventing career-ending injury.
