Level-headed and pain-free?

Study of teens who completed posture-focused classes concludes, “Yes”

Not only did an 8-month program targeted to improve alignment improve overall posture, but 4 months after the program, most of the improvement remained, including reduced pain.

Dr. Weiniger’s observation: It’s good to train kids to keep a level-head, not only to benefit posture, but also for everything else in life.
