Posture Certification Review

The young people are being more aware of their slumpy posture, especially those that are big gamers.  A lot of forward head posture and rounded shoulders are coming back into proper alignment.  They like seeing the progressions that they are making, and recovery time seems to have been shortened in a lot of my patients. ~Kristine Johnson, DC, CPEP
