It really works. We’ve seen changes in elderly with balance and breathing, and some big life changing strides. And also with my athletes, their performance is significantly increased. I’ve worked with motor cross drivers to improve their turns by improving proprioception and get the power out of his body. I train for tactical, EPS and the fire department. They report their job is better, their bodies move better, they’re able to perform better.
